So Here’s the Plan
Consult
This is when we discuss session type, location, and package details. The non-refundable retainer fee is owed at this time to secure your session date and time. Retainer fee is applied toward your total package and includes session coverage and sneak peeks. Applicable documents will be sent at this time.
Session
This is when the adventures begin! I like to meet and greet everyone.
- Weddings and Events I begin capturing details and guests.
- Milestone sessions we ease right into posing and prompts!
Capturing all the moments as they come and go.
Sneak Peek
Turn around times for delivery of Sneak Peeks and full Galleries:
- Weddings: 72hrs; 4-8 weeks.
- Events: 72hrs; 2-4 weeks.
- Milestones: 48hrs; 2 weeks.
Whitening smiles, clearing blemishes, removing unwanted distractions, attention to detail and consistency is guaranteed.
Delivery
The moment we’ve all been waiting for! After the editing process is completed, your gallery link will be sent to you through email. Any comments or concerns, confirmation of print selections, and orders will be addressed at this time. Once the prints come in, you will be contacted for delivery arrangements.
FAQ
We don't feel very confident in front of the camera, is that okay?
Most definitely! I still get butterflies every session! Come with a smile and I'll prompt you.
Do I get the RAW photos?
I do not offer RAW images. They are straight from the camera untouched and don't represent my style. They are large files that only software can convert. That is what you're paying my services for, the edited, touched-up, converted and completed files that have the Natalie Roses Photography magic touch!
How many pictures will we receive?
Any and all, edited. I can’t imagine having a photo and holding out on a client. I eliminate in a cautious manner. My favorites from a session may be different than yours so look forward to options!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer (a third of the total cost) is required at the booking of your session. This goes towards your overall price of selected session, consultation, and sneak peek. You must pay the remaining balance to receive your full gallery. Also, if a cancelation is needed, you will have four (4) weeks to reschedule another session in order to still apply your retainer, otherwise it will be forfeited (more details below).
Who chooses the location?
You pick the location! I have a small list of favored locations that I like to take my clients to that you can also choose from. I always love when my clients take me to a new location! Anything outside of the Quad-City limits, travel fee(s) will apply.
What happens if one of us has to cancel?
No worries! Life happens and emergencies come up.
Your retainer fee will apply to your new scheduled session as long as you reschedule within four (4) weeks of your cancellation. You must reschedule your cancelled session in order for your retainer to apply toward the rescheduled session.
Any non-refundable retainer fee paid toward a session that has been cancelled but has not been rescheduled within four (4) weeks, will be forfeited.
If I must cancel your session and am not able to reschedule, then your retainer will be refunded to you.
Do you have payment plans? How do I pay?
Absolutely! The non-refundable retainer fee is requested at time of scheduling, which can be paid by cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Payments toward the total balance due may be made until the balance is paid in full in order to receive your Gallery. Galleries are not sent until final payment is made.
